"The view from my room is beautiful, right in front of the waterfall. However, the carpet was wet, the pillows were too high, and one pillowcase had a blood-like stain. There were insects in the room, and I could hear the hair dryer from the next room. They took a long time to find my reservation and charged me $50 to park my car. Apart from that, the location is good."

"As for the first thing once we got there the staff changed our room without any notice. Then the room we got had ants on the counter, and we noticed they were in our bed. No phone service. The staff member was very rude. When I asked to see the room I requested on line looked nothing like what he gave us. The check out day early and the staff was overly nice. "The hotel was exactly what we expected for the price and based on reviews. The room was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked well. The walls were a bit scuffed and worn with some painted patches but this is hard to avoid since they are painted with flat paint. The stairwell needs a refresh. There really are no amenities but again, we knew this in advance. Beds were very firm but comfortable. There is no night lock on the door which wasn't ideal. Staff were friendly. Good place to...

"We have stayed twice and the front desk staff have been so lovely. The parking staff as well were very helpful as my daughter was on crutches. The room was quiet, clean and spacious with a lovely corner window/view. We would absolutely stay here again, as the room rate was very reasonable compared to other places that aren’t even as nice! "Very clean, cozy rooms - enjoyed the fireplace on a cold spring evening. Staff were super friendly and although we didn't use them, the courtesy shuttle, bikes and umbrellas to be used are a nice touch!"

"Visited with my kids for mother’s day weekend. The hotel was in a great location. Close to clifton hill and the falls. Parking was not ideal as we had to park offsite which was a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was clean overall. The sink in our room kept getting clogged so little fixing could be done. I would visit the Vittoria hotel again."
