Vĩnh Nghiêm Pagoda is one of the largest pagodas in Hồ Chí Minh, built in 1971 it is a relatively young pagoda. The pagoda incorporates a touch of Japanese architectural style in addition to Vietnamese traditional design and is also the first traditionally inspired pagoda in Vietnam built with concrete.
