"Bar was never open while we were there. The bistro was only able to try for breakfast and it was great food! The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill and once we did it was cold. I would just rent a regular room."

"We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

"The room was "somewhat" decent, the property needs major work. It was an uncomfortable feeling with some of the people there, didn't know if they were guests or not, I didn't feel very safe."

"The accommodation was pretty standard for essentially a remodeled motel. Breakfast was so-so. Didn't find the front desk staff particularly helpful. Security was poor as there was NO key fobs for entering into floors from the elevators. I would not return for that reason!!!"
