"Das Zimmer war wunderschön, gross und sauber. Im Flur hatte es eine kleine Kaffe/Tee bar wo mann sich bedienen durfte. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und von guter Qualität. Es hatte für alle etwas."

"Arrived earlier than the check-in time yet, but the hotel host greeted me with such welcomed warmth and made me feel truly welcome -welcomed me with a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the my room -such a nice touch. Other host were so attentive and looked after me throughout my stay. Their hospitality was exceptional - from the beginning pick up at the station and dropped off until the day left. "5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!"
