"The room and entire property was very nice and very clean. Reception staff was also very good. Lacking was the service at the beach bar/restaurant. You needed to get up every time you want anything. It’s to the hotel’s disservice because they could be selling at least 4 times the amount of alcohol if their staff worked. You shouldn’t have to chase someone down to get a drink. Restaurant was over priced. We walked 10 minutes down the promenade and got a very high quality meal for half the price."

"The pictures are misleading. If you book apartments, they are not offered at this property; they are on a different property altogether. Yes, breakfast is served in the hotel, but we booked because the hotel looks really amazing, only to realise you have not booked the accommodation at the same property. Such a shame to disguise a tourist like this. Having said that if you want to book this place please make sure that you don't book the Apartments and you will not regret staying here, The actual hotel view is best you could have in the whole town of Vlore."

"This is a nice place; just don’t stay on the 5th floor. The restaurant on the 6th floor keeps you up all night & then it wakes you up for breakfast. I guess you don’t need an alarm clock. The moving of chairs and tables all day long is enough to drive you crazy."

"stayed at Hotel Olive in Vlorë from September 6–8, 2025 and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I checked in, the air conditioner did not work, and the room was unbearably hot. I asked to change rooms but was told none were available. I couldn’t even stay in the room until late in the evening when it was finally fixed. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower flooded the entire floor, there was nowhere to place toiletries, and the soap dispenser was broken and empty. Toilet paper and amenities were nearly finished when I arrived, and the kettle had no cups to use with it. On top of that, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable I couldn’t get proper rest. The hotel staff did little to address these problems, and the overall communication and service were completely lacking. The conditions made the room uninhabitable, and I ultimately decided to leave early, even knowing I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone."
