"We checked into the Majestic palace and were met with the most warm welcome. From that point on ( please forgive me if I’m wrong ) Alesandro Taught me Italian phases, Told me the best local restaurants to go to ( Alfred Trattoria a road away. ). And could not have make us feel more like we belonged. He also had other reception staff members giving us new Italian phrases. Every single member of reception went above and beyond. In Italian. Grazie per la per la tua gentilezza Ci vediamo dopo Please let the staff know how much we appreciated them."

"When booking thru Hotels . Com they advertise the hotel has a pool but neglect to mention that it is only open for the summer at the hotel’s discretion after checking with hotel staff they expect to open the pool June 6th. Our stay was May 28-to June 1. The hotel site does say it’s closed until summer."

"Our stay was exceptional. The rooms were spotless, and the staff was fantastic. Breakfast was a delightful experience with an impressive variety of delicious food. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings, where Salvatore, the bartender, impressed us with his quick service and excellent drinks. The only downside was that the bathroom tubs were a bit high and slippery."
