"We had a great overall experience mostly because of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had drinks at the seaside which is a walk from the bar, at the poolside (thanks for Anu, Ryo/Kyo, Sameera, Dasun) and anytime we would dine at the restaurant. Water was served constantly as well. Before you notice your glass is empty, it will be refilled! The sous chefs Edi and Amin were very friendly and introduced themselves and would explain dishes and encourage us to try them if we had missed any special dish. If they knew we wanted a particular dish, they will offer to take our plate to refill. I got some local cucumber even if not in buffet as I wanted to try them! Decy from the poolbar was also helpful by asking about our day almost everyday and offering tips to improve for eg where to go to get calmer sea. She would also remember our names which was very special. The entertainment team was fun and Aimee and Charu were great, they also remembered our names. Aimee knew I wanted to dance but the dance floor was empty so she danced with me until more people came which was so nice. We also had a buggy service from our Waterville to the palace restaurant and to the atoll side. "

"We had an amazing experience overall. The service throughout the resort is outstanding, with staff who are consistently attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food was another highlight of our stay - particularly at the Taste buffet, where the variety and freshness were exceptional. The marine life is also incredible, with so much to see, making it a truly memorable destination. Room service was excellent as well, with delicious food delivered promptly every time at no extra charge. We also really enjoyed the pool bar - great service and a nice selection of snacks and ice cream made it a lovely spot to relax."

"Our butler Adam, Momin (Bengali chef), Riaz I believe was the Bengali server’s name, the photographer Vizam, and the Bengali lifeguard were all amazing staff. They made our stay enjoyable and we loved the resort a lot. "

"We stayed in an over the water sunset villa, which was very comfortable, clean and had great facilities with fridge, wifi, coffee machine and a large bathroom with both shower and bath. It was kept spotless by Suranga who could not have been more helpful and who kept us entertained when we returned to the villa with his brilliant chalk drawings of all the different types of sea life in the Maldives.."

"Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre , villa plage , car la n153 n’avait pas de plage à marée haute . Il n’y a pas eu de problème. Ça a été fait assez rapidement . Chambre propre , mais pas digne d’un 5 étoiles car en profondeur il y a des choses pas nettes . Une petite rénovation serait envisageable . Néanmoins les villas plage sont bien entretenue, les toitures refaites. Beau lagon . Mais pas d’accès au tombant . Une sortie est organisée par jour , c’est peu ! Et elle dure que 35 mn… avec le trajet ils comptent 1 h. Restauration bonne . Laila a été parfaite , très souriante . Nous espérons revenir . "
