"**Wonderful people and true Fiji atmosphere — with a few quirks**
We spent a week at Serenity Island Resort with friends and had a great time overall.
The biggest plus is the staff — genuinely kind people who always try to help with everything they can. You do feel "Fiji time" everywhere though :)
A few minuses: the bar constantly runs low on alcoholic drinks and the selection is limited; the menu is quite small too — though for a resort of this size that's understandable. One thing that...
"The resort has a lot of privacy but lacking accessibility to other areas. Nearest area to buy amenities are a bit far. Other than that, the scenery was ok. It’s ideal for leisure and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff are very helpful, Joshua, Tomasi, Simon and Emely were all very attentive to our needs. Joshua went out of his way to find outlet adapter to accommodate. our 110 voltage. Overall, it was a pleasant stay."
"Gorgeous Bure, right on the beach. Indoor/outdoor shower and bath. Be careful not to slip in the shower on residue left by cleaning product.
Staff are always warm and smiling but not always as helpful as they could be. Sometimes had to make several requests before I could get a straight answer, e.g., is it possible to watch the AFL grand final?"
