"This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other. "The staff are incredible. Sail went above and beyond to get me here and everyone is so welcoming. They remember names and where everyone is from. I don’t know how they do it but I have never met a more welcoming people than those in Fiji, especially here. They have snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards ready to be taken out at anytime. "There was no coffee or tea in our room. There was no garbage bin in our room. Wasn't provided despite asking. Saw a dead cockroach in our room. One of the fan in our room wasn't working. Internet was only available in the bar. There was no house keeping service. There was a surcharge for egg and sausage for breakfast despite breakfast was included, there wasn't any juice or water for the guest"

"We had wonderful stay - so peaceful and relaxing. A bit windy when we stayed there, but house reef is protected and can be explored regardless. People who run it are very welcoming, warm and trying to please you. We felt like a part of family and would like to come back"

"Clean, comfortable room with a lovely staff. I was a little surprised that the bungalows didn’t have a private bathroom though. I would have expected this at the rate that was charged. I was also surprised that there was no shampoo in the shared bathroom and hair dryers were not in the room or bathroom. I was able to get a hair dryer from the staff but some of these items weren’t really highlighted in Expedia’s description. Expedia also didn’t mention the meal plan. The food was very good...

"Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family.
