"Soil of Sun is just outside Megalochori. The facilities & staff are amazingly accomodating & will really assist in making your holiday experience exactly what you are looking for. Our host Evelyn went above & beyond with restaurant recommendations & booking tables/ taxis & offering insight into events/ sites that may be of interest. Soil of Sun like many villas is just off a road so there will be some road noise...not that it bothered our party with headphones charged & days out. A wonderful...

"It’s simplistic and clean.Pool area small than pictures.Isolated as far too south to easily get around.Hotel did not offer any real transport options to visit tourist areas,used Uber expensive and bus.Bus supposed to arrive at certain times usually 45 mins late only three pick ups a day. Hotel could be more opportunistic and organise a shuttle .Staff and breakfast hit and miss"

run, small hotel and the others are so kind. They saved us a fortune on taxis driving us around the island. The hotel is quiet, clean, friendly and has a beautiful pool. A mini market l, restaurant and beach are 3 minutes walk away and it is only 10 minutes away from Fira. Couldn’t recommend enough. "
