"We were really surprised by the level of service, cleanliness & quality food on our first stay here in Auckland. All staff were exceptional, very friendly & accomodating. Buffet brekkie is quality (we're not super big brekkie fans but it was great) Only negative we had was the noise from the bars/nightclubs in the area.....it was loud if you are a light sleeper....not sure if the windows are double glazed or the music is just super loud....it was also a Friday night. Our room was also situated right near the lifts on the 11th floor so that was also loud with guests coming in late. I am however a light sleeper so this may not be an issue for the heavier sleepers. Great hotel would stay again"

"There is so much to do within Sky City Hotel and so many places to eat right at the door that you really just need to park up and stay. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. "
