"The receptionists on both check-in and on check-out were both so wonderful and helpful. However, our room wasn't as clean as it could be, and there was a constant smell of urine in the room. We had to leave the AC on and the window open while we were in that room. The TV remote only worked some of the time. However, as the hotel was fully booked, there was no other room that we could move to."

"Upon arrival, we greeted with friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean and fresh smelling. We ate at the restaurant downstairs 2 nights. The food was delicious, well prepared and fresh. Rouwell was a friendly and attentive host and server and anticipated our every need. The only slight downside I thought was that the hallways could use a refresh to be brighter."

"Everything was new and clean except it seemed like housekeeping forgot the bathroom. Only 2 towels, no hand towels, no bath mat, no face clothes and no extra toilet paper and very little left on the roll. Also therw was dried soap scum on the counter. Overall a very lovely new hotel with a comfortable bed...we all can have a bad day. Will stay again"
