"Tha staffs were very helpful and kind."

"There’s really no reason to even consider other hotel. Super luxury, best views in the city, amazing gym, the top most amazing restaurants, great service, next to huge shopping mall, you can run in the avances of stars. I cannot think anything to improve. Seriously this hotel is one of my favorites in the world"

"Hotel was wonderful along with the entire hotel staff, great location, room clean and confortable. We love the floor to ceiling windows and our view of the city was amazing. Spa was excellent as well as workout space/pool. Breakfast has plenty of choices to fill your plate. Lots of seating in the breakfast area if you want to sit looking out the window or sit at the coffee/bar."

"Fantastic hotel, with excellent service and a wonderful team. I will definitely be staying here again."

Alles in allem aber eine gute Wahl für Hong Kong."

"Spacious room with beautiful view, transportation to airport/city are around the corner, staff are very friendly"

Their attitude made me feel that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Also, the previous manager provided a much better experience, but...

"Even though this a relatively small boutique hotel the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and although we were in a busy location the room was still quiet and felt like a haven away from the bustle. We would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated with excellent service. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. Great location! Rooms were spacious and comfortable!."
