"We put in our notes that we needed a crib. When we checked in they said they were out of cribs. We had to leave and asked them if they were going to be able to get a crib before we returned and the staff assured me that they would. When we returned that night around 9pm, the staff informed us that they didn't get one and there is nothing they could do about it. It's frustrating because we have an 8 month old who needs to be in a crib and we would not have booked this property if we weren't going to have one. We checked out immediately and had to find another hotel who had a crib for us. Extremely inconvenient, especially with a toddler and 8 month old. If you need special requests, I would not recommend this hotel."
"Great location, friendly helpful staff, nice room, pleasant courtyard. Breakfast at restaurant hotel was poor, basic and cold food.
Overall liked Emeline very much and would definitely stay there again."

"We had many roaches in our room #308 called manager said he couldn’t do anything due to hotel completely full. Said he couldn’t refund worst experience in a hotel for my wife and 8 & 14 year old children. Sad the industry is getting sooo bad"
"Great area to stay in. Mount Pleasant is a 10 min to Daniels Island (tennis tournament), 15 to ocean and 10 min to Charleston. It was a 10 min drive to Shem Creek, love the restaurants in that area. Hotel was very clean, plenty of parking and nice staff. Room has a microwave and mini fridge. There wasn’t breakfast at this hotel but options in the area "
