"Check in was easy, call ahead if you want an early check in. If they offer you an upgrade from studio to 1 bedroom garden view be aware you will be facing the parking lot and the hwy with traffic and trucks all day and night. If you are not on the top floor you will hear every steps of the guests above, that sucked more than the traffic.

"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive. Drinks very expensive. Walk way along the ocean to other resorts. Only issue a lot of rules by the pool. Don’t bring leftover food to the pool because they will ask you to leave."

"Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. "Although it was just for one night, the hotel is amazing and the staff is so very helpful.
The pictures on Expedia is incorrect. I requested a 2 queen bedroom. One of the pictures provided shows two queen beds and a living room, this is what I thought I was getting. Per hotel staff, picture is incorrect, they viewed the Expedia photo and apologized for the error, said the picture and description is incorrect."
