We recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations in Kaanapali. The rooms were spacious, but definitely felt outdated. The shower was a bit tricky to operate, and the kitchen lacked a hob, which made self-cooking quite challenging. Unfortunately, on our last day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was disappointing.

We were delighted to receive an upgrade from studio with kitchen to a suite with full kitchen facilities. The two pools, one overlooking the beach, were clean and very relaxing but it wasn't possible to sit on the beach in front of the hotel. The hula show was great and there was a special celebration for Chinese New Year, both were very entertaining. We were lucky enough to see the whales not far out to see right in front of the hotel, beautiful! It would be a lovely hotel for families.
