"Everything was perfect. The first person we met was RJ at the bell desk. He made us feel at home and was very helpful. And so was our maid Cel, mahalo nui loa! There is Halekulani bakery down in the corner of the building. Their croissants were unique, make sure you go there for a coffee. We didn't try the restaurant of the hotel because there were so many options around. The pool and hot tub are nice and the pool boy makes us feel very welcome. "There was a restaurant serving breakfast, but no complimentary food served. The staff were great. We had an issue with our room- and it was addressed immediately and in a very satisfactory way. I could not be happier with the lady(concierge?) that assisted, but she was so warm and friendly. She was really sweet and made our stay very pleasant"
