"I used this hotel for the first time. The building is clean, the staff is polite, but... The outdoor pool was closed for two days because of some maintenance—they should have given information on the website beforehand so everyone knew. Personally, I would have chosen another hotel because I was with kids and they wanted to use the indoor pool. My daughter left her towel, which she had received two days earlier from her coach. "I reserved a room with a balcony but when I got there I was told they didn’t have anymore and they were actually gone when I first reserved the room. I thought that was weird so I looked around the hotel when I go there and guess what…. there are only four rooms with balconies. So, if you reserve one with a balcony call the hotel to confirm. "Hotel bathroom was not clean, there were used towels in the shower. The bed sheets were stained and the floor had crumbs. A clear sign the rooms had not been cleaned. We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip and all 3 rooms were dirty. I requested clean towels from the front desk and the towels had dirt crusted in the towel. I drove to the Walmart on Wendover and bought towels for our stay. I do not recommend!"

"When you first walk into the hotel, it is very clean and nice. The lady at the front was very rude to me and was not helpful at all. The room I had was dirty. It was cleaned, but had multiple stains on the carpet, stains in the sink and bathtub, the toilet paper fixture was hanging off the wall, and the bathtub had a lot of black mold around it. Very disappointed with the overall look of this property and would not recommend it for any type of long-term stay."

"The staff here was fantastic, the location was excellent to shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to, but the hotel is just in need of refresh, smelly dirty carpet in room, paint and furniture showed extreme wear and tear. The morning breakfast was good, if you do not go early though, the seating is limited but nice and comfortable. Only one elevator was working at the time of stay, graduation weekend here, so extremely busy, took a while to get downstairs every time. Pool was not up and...

Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy.
