"I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience.
As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. The walls and interior showed significant wear and gave the impression that upkeep had been neglected.

"They nailed the 1st impression with a clean facility inside and out. The lobby and other common areas did not have working air conditioning. The room was as expected. "Overall it was a good stay. The hotel itself is a bit dated and is clearly not a Hilton or Marriott, but you sort to know that going into it.
