"The room was clean enough but the shower room had streaks down the paint and signs of mildew. There was some discarded cigarettes by our bedroom door that a previous occupant must have left but housekeeping never removed them before or during our stay.
Food in the restaurant was decent but the service was slow and we had to ask several times over for jugs of water to be brought to our table, too.

"For the last 2 times we were checked in by a staff member who was not customer service or caring at all!! Very cold and not willing to help in any way.
