"I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.
From the moment we arrived, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong moldy odor, visible signs of poor cleanliness, and even roaches/insects in the room. The room phone did not work, which meant we couldn't even contact the front desk when we needed basic items like towels.
The complimentary breakfast was also very disappointing and did not meet expectations.
What made the experience even worse was the handling of a scheduled power outage. On the morning of our checkout, a notice was slipped under our door informing us that the power would be out from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. due to electrical work. While I understand that maintenance and utility work are sometimes necessary, this information should have been disclosed at check-in. Had we been informed in advance, we could have made arrangements to leave earlier. Instead, we woke up in a hot, dark room and had to pack and prepare for checkout without electricity.
I also traveled with my elderly mother and my infant granddaughter, which made these conditions and lack of communication even more unacceptable and stressful.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Poor room conditions, cleanliness issues, lack of communication, and inadequate accommodations made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others."
"This hotel was great. Very clean. The rooms are spacious and well designed. Loved the lighting in the rooms and have never stayed in a hotel where the blackout curtains were this good. The breakfast was excellent especially the cinnamon rolls."
"The room was nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Very nicely done. Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful. What I didn't like was the elevators were dirty. Trash on the ground and a wet floor sign in there the whole time we stayed. The mini fridge in our room was frozen over and didn't fit the space well. Overall I would stay again."
