"I wish I could give 0 🌟 because they dont deserve any. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I've had. The property was advertised as a hotel, but it felt more like a house that had been divided into multiple rooms, which was very misleading. During my stay, there was no reliable electricity, the lights went out, the sockets stopped working, and there was no internet access. "The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"Excellent location next to the Tower of London and on the Thames. Great restaurants are within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and provided us with great recommendations for food and activities to do around the city. The 2 bedroom suite was great for our family of four. Having two separate bathrooms was a major plus. Very clean. Would highly recommend."
