"We indicated we would beed ti use the pull out couch but it wasnt made and we had to go ask for linens and make it ourselves, there were no plates or regular syrup for the waffle at breakfast we had to make do with bowls and sugar free syrup. They also didnt replenish for the breakfast so everything was gone when we came out by 8am. Had to call the hotel to get the deposit back. They did t automatically reverse it."
