"Very disappointing experience. I specifically booked a room with a private bathroom, as clearly stated in the listing, but I was given a room with a shared bathroom instead. "The room was newly refurbished but it was not cleaned properly. I found packets of white powder behind furniture( suspected drugs); there was long dark hair in bed anf on the floor; booked well in advance and requested for roller bed only to be told there we taken offered to another occupant & had to make kids beds on the floor (fortunately we brought extra bedding); sharing the shower cubicle with 2 other families was not ideal; i sneezed the whole weekend from the electric diffusers but it...

"This was a lovely place to stay. The room was beautifully decorated as was the en-suite which was modern and stylish. There was no road noise and black out curtains ensured the room was dark. The proprietor was friendly as well as incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many options available. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. We had a triple room which was two single beds and a futon. The futon was so uncomfortable with two metal bars across it. Breakfast was not included in the room so you had to pick off a menu and pay for each item separately so was expensive. Also no alternative to sourdough bread which was very hard. Overall the stay was OK but I would not return. "
