"Convenient location in easy walking distance from Borough Tube Station. There’s a small Tesco right next door but the fresh food choices are limited. We came during a London heatwave and didn’t realise that the apartments don’t have air con. Column fans were provided however. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Washing machine and dishwasher were a godsend. Overall, Marlin Apartments are recommended."

"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. We were offered free drinks as an apology but didn’t get a chance to use them as we were only there for one night & was late back from the concert. "The location was the best part of the apartments. Easy walk to places and the Underground. Even without A/C, the place stayed relatively cool and comfortable."
