"My stay was completely derailed by a severe safety and security issue. Late one night, I had to deal with a highly erratic individual, accompanied by an unknown person, causing massive chaos right outside my door. They were knocking and trying to push their way into my room at midnight. This quickly escalated into them screaming unhinged, discriminatory and offensive abuse towards me. "Beds were very comfy, lots of pillows are great sheets! Great breakfast spread with hot eggs & meat, Belgian waffles for toasting, yogurt, muffins, coffee & juice of course. They also have a great happy hour downstairs and cookies in the evening."

"Really need a better property that has working amenities like the gym and business center. Would highly recommend better breakfast options and not the same every day as i couldnt eat the steam hard eggs. Staff were all newer and confused when we asked about the area, but were still pretty friendly. Not for corporate stays needing business done for sure. Room was pretty clean but for sure run down, water ran slowly and some towels were older looking compare to the others. Beds werent too bad...

"Overall 3.5/5 The room was clean and quite spacious, although the bed nook was a bit awkward to get in and out of. It is in a decent part of town (north end) with lots of cute cafe’s near by without the hype of ‘downtown’. The feel is very much like an Airbnb. Access to the property was easy. There is no staff per-se and check in is all digital. Easy to navigate and well communicated. There is, at the time of this review, no long term parking on the street.
