"The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room."

"We stayed here for one night for an early morning visit to Brewster Academy. The property looks like is was well kept. The last working the evening shift was really nice and helpful checking us in. The lady working the front desk in the morning was very rude. We asked for late checkout to allow our son the opportunity to come back and shower after his visit to Brewster Academy, but she was not accommodating at all despite the hotel not being at capacity. "Had to flush the toilet at least 3 times before it emptied, continuous running. The 2 chairs in the room were extremely old and had no cushion to say, very uncomfortable. No elevator on our side of the building, only on the side that had suites. The crew could not keep up with keeping enough breakfast items out as they consistently looked out of items that were in the cupboards below. The pillows were terrible. Balcony showing its age, rusted chairs, chipped paint.
