"I stood in the lobby for 15 mins, I called but never heard a phone or anyone pick up.. got to the room, room was super hot! Heat wouldn’t turn off at all. AC hardly worked. ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. (Yes I said something but they didn’t understand I guess). Also, tired saying my check out was yesterday ..."
