"Top Lage!"

"Fabulous location and very clean and modern. It’s like a tiny bedroom so not a room to lounge in all day but perfect for exploring the area. My only suggestion would be to have a locker on site you could leave luggage until check in."

"Very good location for tube and getting around London. Checking in process was excellent and would stay again."

"No issues. Good location."

"This was a complete bait and switch from either Expedia or the hotel. The room I selected was not the room I was given. Incredibly difficult to get a live person on the phone. Will never stay here. AVOID."

"Check in quick and efficient. Quick responses to questions. There were areas along the floorboards that were dusty. Advertised as having a washer and dryer, there was only a washer. As others have mentioned no tea towels in the kitchen. There are areas around the windows that have obvious water damage and in the ceiling of the kitchen. Floor in hallway with a hole in the wood flooring."

"Really good location. Easy and pleasant communication with the person responsible for this place. Bathroom needs some refreshment."

"location"

"It was clean and convenient. Check in was very smooth. There was ironing board and fan in the room which I travel for business and would not choose this for a long term stay. There is a cooktop but no pans for example. It was good for a 4 night stay."

"3回目の滞在です。 1週間以上いるので、これは必須。 アクセスが良い エレベーター 洗濯機 キッチン が魅力 スタッフは挨拶はするけれど、愛想は無い。"

"Nice place to be"

"Great property in a great location. Only negative was lack of full size mirrors"

"Located in the heart of old London, so everything is within walking distance. Clean well equipped unit for 2 people There is a set of stairs to the lift and the microwave is incorporated in the oven."

"The room only had one chair where the TV was where the pictures showed a love seat. we requested a new room there were non available. We planned for 3 nights only stayed 1 we canceled the other 2 nights waiting for a refund. The unit was not comfortable for two people. It was made to accommodate 1 person not 2. It was a bad experience. I would not stay here again."
