"I knocked a star off because the pool is empty for maintenance, but I am sure that is a temporary situation. We stay here a few times a year as a halfway point when we visit family in Arkansas. Always clean, safe, and a fair value."

"While it’s no one’s fault, we arrived to the hotel after a day of traveling and learned the only elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel employee thankfully found us a room on the second floor, fot which I was extremely thankful. Eve so, lugging luggage up stairs was NOT fun. The room was a little dirty - it didn’t look dirty but I wipe things down before unpacking and my cleaning cloths showed black dirt. Also the breakfast was just ok. Staff was great! Bed was comfortable. "

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"

"I reserved two rooms, one for my sister and one for myself. My sister was very comfortable in her room which was handicapped accessible. She said the shower was wonderful with a great shower head and a seat. My room was nice but needed some work. I was told they were replacing tubs with walk in showers so I was disappointed to find a tub to step over. The breakfast was okay, not a lot of choices but adequate. "

"I would not recommend anyone stay at this property. My room was dirty, I could not get a remote that worked for the TV, and there was a party going on across the hall all night long so I could not get any sleep then when I told the person at the front desk The next morning about my horrible night, he said I should’ve asked for another room even though I had to come up twice to ask for a remote, he should’ve offered a new room."

"I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room to hang clothing. Room and bathroom much smaller than other Hampton inns . This is Not the welcome nor the room that I expected from a Hampton inn for which I paid a premium price for an upscale hotel."

"Everything was wonderful, except amenities. But it was offset by the space and the availability of stove top and refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again. "
