"The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. "The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at."

"Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not."

"Stay away!! I am calling days Inn worldwide to report this property. The lamp and alarm clock and microwave were all broke. Security violation in leaving the outside door propped open. None of the ice or vending machines did not work. Could never find an employee. Stacks of bed frames in the boxes stacked floor to ceiling. Dust everywhere. Dog excrement smell in the hallways.too much to list. Several rooms were empty , meaning no furniture or at beds or anything."

The listing stated that the hotel was pet friendly, but did not state that there was an additional $25.00 pet fee per night. I found this out from the clerk who checked me in. I was not happy about that, but I paid it. The grounds were not great for pets. There was not much grassy area for pet bathroom breaks and no bags available to pick up pet waste. "The rear door from the parking lot was locked open providing no security. The pool was unfilled in mid-June, the cover was ripped and the leaves and debris filling it was a mosquito invested green swamp. The staff was great but the owner/management needs to make maintenance and security a priority. I wouldn't have stayed if I knew the pool and door were inoperable. The staff and ease of access to the highway are this locations redeeming qualities."
