"Refuse room 10. The bugs flock to it like a biblical plague and there is nothing under the door frame so bugs just spill out of it. Thankful for the flyswatter I received in a giveaway. A gross smell comes up from the drains after use. I also had black flies continually in my room and despite killing them, I think they were coming up through the pipes. "I have stayed here many times and live the Dakota Dunes. The beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and helpful. I love the rooftop area, they pool and hot tub as well."

"From the moment I walked into the hotel, I felt welcome. The staff were accommodating and friendly. They went beyond what I would have hoped for. The room and hallways, as well as the breakfast area and lobby were all very clean. The staff washed the tables and tidied up constantly during the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. In addition, Checkout was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be back."
