"When I checked in I was told that the security deposit would be returned to me via check. I advised that I am from out of the country and needed it credited back to my credit card. They told me ok, they would not charge the card. But they did so immediately. During our stay we broke 2 of their paper-thin glasses. They then told me there were stains on the carpet. "We booked what we thought was a high ceilinged private villa with a hot tub - but instead were told that it was a lower ground floor villa with an extra daily rate to pay for the hot tub - even though we’d paid a premium to specifically get this benefit. So we changed our booking to a room in the hotel with a stunning view across the lagoon - which is what we wanted in the first place. The hotel then kindly included breakfast in our hotel room rate, as this did not have a self catering facility. "
