Tv and WiFi didn’t work when we arrived. It was fixed promptly. Called an hour before room service was to end and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The front desk to me I had to go get it myself. Why have room service? Parking was whoafully inadequate. Food from the restaurant there was very good ...

There was NO parking in the Kahler ramp, both of us are handicap & had to park 2 blocks away & paid $12.00 for overnite ...refrig & microwave DIDNOT work... the 1 queen bed mattress was so broken down you rolled off the edge if you layed too close to edge...
