"As a woman traveling alone, I was a little uncomfortable with the experience. There is no lobby, and you enter into a hallway staircase. Then someone calls you and gives you your room number. "NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud."
