"Kitchen closed at 8pm as it was too busy witch I was not happy and then to be told by the Barr staff go to WH Smith and buy your self a meal deal but they were closed as well so all in all it was terrible customer service 😖"

"Here’s a polished version that keeps it honest but reads more smoothly: Stayed one night in a family room with my two teenage sons. The room had one double and two single beds, with tea and coffee provided. We had a lovely sea view, which was a real highlight. The room was clean, with fresh towels and bed linen.
