"Thank to all the team and specially to Joy."

"Such value for money. Very clean. Host was attentive nothing was a problem. 2 min walk to get a ferry so perfect location. Just heads up if you want to eat out do it by 5.30pm as places closed early."

"Unfortunately my experience it was not good, the neighbours of the land next to the bungalows have burned some plastic the first night and my room it was invaded by this smoke, I didn’t sleep the first night and even the second day the smell of smoke it was incredible. They offered me to change room but both alternatives given were not as good as my accommodation and I decided to leave before."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. However, the breakfast served by the café partnered with the hotel was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was by far the biggest downside of my stay. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable."

"Bed bug infestation! Manager unavailable. Out of runnig water. This hotel should NOT be advertised on expedia."

"Bellissima casetta con piscinetta in stile e patio, esterno tutto recintato con massima privacy, tutto curato con piante tropicali. Bello poter fare colazione sul patio bordo piscina, cibo buono e ben curato"

"Wanting to keep this amazing place as a secret for myself but it is the only place you should choose when visiting tetebatu. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The property is so peaceful and calming. The food was a standout from my whole trip across Lombok including delicious dinner and breakfast. The owners care and eye for detail on everything are evident and nothing is ever too much. You have to come experience it for yourself. Recommend also their guide for a day walking tour...

"Arrived at hotel but was fully booked so they did not have my pre-booked and non-refundable room. Agreed on giving me a full refund, but refund was never given. I reached out to hotel-booking site but they could not help. I hate being scammed so would not recommend this hotel, obviously…"
