"It was the start of summer and the weather was still bearable. While the location is about a 15 minute walk to the strip, we like that you could walk within the hotel premises and then cross the street to where you could find more restaurants that are budget friendly. There is also a Walgreens, 711, Ross, and other souvenir shops just across. Though it was the beginning of summer, the pool was too cold and I could see my children shivering whenever they are out of the pool- most especially when...

"The room was very nice, clean, and large! The location was excellent, away from the strip, so it wasn't crowded. All the food we had was very good. The cost of the room was very affordable so we will stay at the Masquerade Tower at the Rio every time we come to Vegas!"

"The hotel room smelled like sewer, we asked to change rooms in which they did. They charged excessive fees, the water was shut off without notice for 10 hours. Construction was being done without notice prior to booking. It was the worst experience at any hotel I’ve been to. The staff were very rude and not helpful at all! I’m not sure how this hotel has remained open."
