"I was looking for a house to stay in for a couple of days while in the phoenix area for a graduation with family. I found this great property with plenty of room and amenities for everyone with a pool and plenty of games outside for the kids to be entertained. I’m glad I chose this property it was clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place to stay in the phoenix area."

"This property is for homeless and other down on their luck people. I didn't stay at all, didn't feel like a safe environment for family. I was surprised to see that Expedia listed this as a hotel for travelers."

"Visiting from Toronto. Great place, great location, very clean and everything was made very easy by the hosts. Pool does get extremely sun baked during the day so plan for late afternoon or early morning swim. Would recommend."
