"Booked for my daughter and her Dad to stay. Upon arrival they were sent to a different building. The whole stay didnt feel safe. No staff. Police were called numerous times to the building because of an angry man trying to access all the rooms. Still no staff attended whilst this happened. DO NOT ..."
