"We found bugs all over in our room, even in the bed sheets. They were NOT bed bugs, google search showed they were possibly larva to some type of beetle. When we went to the front desk about it, the employee made it seem as though we were bothering her by wanting our room changed. The sheets in the room also had numerous stains on them. The employee Curt was fantastic. He was very personable and gave us some recommendations. The hotel in general seems very dated and can really use some...

"We had a great stay in the deluxe ocean view room. Spectacular views, great beach to swim at. The restaurants were really good too, we just were bummed we couldn’t get room service the night we arrived. Other than that, amazing food at lava and rum fire. Coffee shop onsite was great too. Already planning or next trip"

"The ground floor unit was lovely! It was as described, kitchen had everything you needed, appliances were newer, clean throughout. Bed was a king size and comfortable. We didn’t have a view of the ocean, but wasn’t a far walk to sit and enjoy the fabulous view this complex had. Pool was nice. The landscaping was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. We recommend! "
