"I will start with saying that the place was not bad. The poor rating is coming from what happened when we asked for assistance with an issue in our room and the communication or lack there of the next 2 days. We checked in and went into our room. We noticed immediately that there was no refrigerator in the room. It is listed as one of the amenities for the room. "Room was nice. Parking was great. Pets were allowed. Swimming pool and gym were nice also. Staff was exceptional! Emily was wonderful. I did not like the breakfast, the water pressure or the fact that we had a suite and the bathroom had to be accessed through the bedroom and not the sitting room. This was an inconvenience because we were traveling with a teenager. Otherwise, Great!!"

"No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites "
