The poor rating is coming from what happened when we asked for assistance with an issue in our room and the communication or lack there of the next 2 days. We checked in and went into our room. We noticed immediately that there was no refrigerator in the room. It is listed as one of the amenities for the room. "Room was small. Blanket and comforter too heavy for the season. Queen bed felt undersized. Slate floor as you entered room was broken and cracked. Birch veneer on the TV cabinet/closet was peeling and cracked. Check in staff was great. "

"Very quaint inn with a comfortable room . We really enjoyed the coffee maker in room as well as the option to have a bottle of wine. Breakfast was excellent!!"

"No staff. Everything is virtual. It took forever to get checked in. A poor experience. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room was very small but appeared clean. The bath towels are thin & very small. Thank heavens I am not a big person. A good shower head. Over all I would rate it pour. I would never stay there again."
