"when we checked in late in the night. the front desk lady asked us if its ok to allow her traineeto help us with the check in process. sure and the trainee did good. well, we had to wait till late afternoon to go to the event so did not want to leave the room too early. we asked first but they told us by noon. I think we actually left half an hour after 12, but no problem. gld they did not kick us out."

"The beds were creaky, worn out, and VERY uncomfortable. We had a "suite" with a kitchenette that contained ZERO kitchen supplies - no silverware, glasses, dishes or pots - What's the point? No ice machine and when I asked the clerk she said "you have ice cube trays in your room" which didn't help because they weren't filled but I'm sure the next person who rented the room was happy to have the ice I made and couldn't use. You had to ask for a hairdryer, no breakfast, pay to rent a coffee pot...

"Room was just OK. Lobby has several steps of stairs that needs to carry luggage over. Breakfast was just for grab on which was snacks more precisely. Not recommended."

"Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross"

"The hotel staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. My only knock is that the pillow inside the plastic bag had a spot on it and the couch needs to be spot cleaned and the sofa bed mattress replaced. These fixes would move from a four to a five."

"The staff was polite but the room wasnt good. To start the entry door latch was loose. Then the bathroom door handle fell off. There was dust on the bathroom counter and the shower floor was uneven, you where standing in 2 inches of water while showering. We didnt voice our concerns with the staff, we just made do."

"My room was dirty when I arrived they had not cleaned it. Bathroom dirty floor. No shampoo in shower. Microwave dirty. Second day they threw away all my refrigerator food. Took out all my bags to storage even though I had two nights left."
