"Where to start??? The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who was working the counter the next morning was quite rude and condescending. I expected a bar by the pool; true there was a bar, but it wasn’t operational. The swimming pool was not useful for me or my 83 year old mother who has limited mobility as there were no stairs or ladders to climb in and out of the pool. You walked through a small wading section and then there was a ledge you had to get into...
