"Everything was GREAT. The service from the front desk, the drinks (lol) , the room , safety of the place, and the rate. The shower was interesting , the water ended up coming out on the floor. "

"Terrible experience. This is the first time a Microtel fails to meet my expectations. The room was dirty, bed sheets dirty with yellow and white spots and holes in it. Found long hairs between bed sheets. Bathroom did not have face tissue, clean towels and lack cleanliness. I asked for a different room and the second room was worst with more hairs in bed and dust over coffee pot and sink. I had to return to the first room after asking for clean sheets and offering to put them myself. The front desk young lady was very nice and tried to help but this was a housekeeping and maintenance issue so I do not blame her, she did what she could to help on a late shift by herself. It will be beneficial to remodel and do deep cleaning on the hotel rooms. I can tell I do not feel I paid for what I got. Oh, I forgot to mention that this is located in a very noisy area. We heard noisy motorcycles all night long."

"Free breakfast is very limited to 2 main dish, eggs and bacon and as early as 730 am, no more bacon refill, the cook just refilling scrambled egg and no more coffee, at least 3 yogurt and 3 muffin. That place is very limited in breakfast overall! Very unsatisfied! "
