"This wasn't the best hotel and it wasn't the worst. It was a solid Ok. Check in was fine except my request to extend checkout 1 hour was denied. The reason was since I booked through Hotelsdotcom late check outs are not permitted for those guests. I typically stay at Marriot's and Hiltons as I travel a lot and this is never a problem. Some other issues I would like to point out to future guests so they can decide if the property is a good fit. The pillows are all on the firm side and made of fiber fill material. They also use overly thick winter comforters and polyester/vinal mattress covers that make sleeping really hot. I adjusted the ac down to 66 degrees and that was not enough. The only occasional chair in the room is a monstrous massage chair. It was enjoyable to get a massage, once, However, If you are staying long term and want a place to just sit and relax and maybe read a book, the desk chair your only option. The toilet in our room was not bolted properly to the floor and rocked. The bath sink was clogged. The windows were cracked. The maid came knocking on the door 1 hour before check out! Even tho there was a do not disturb sign on the door. That is real low budget hotel stuff. They also have harsh led, bright white bulbs in the rooms and throughout the hotel. The hotel is an older hotel that was redone. Some of the work was well done, but other things like painting details were lacking. "

"It wasn’t very clean, but comfortable enough and provided everything we needed. The front desk guy was very pleasant and welcoming. The parking and breakfast were convenient. "

"The front desk person was great. The room was clean but smelled terrible. (The window didn’t open so we couldn’t air it out.) The floors were slimy but probably just from the cleaning products. The refrigerator froze everything solid. But, if you just need a place to stay the night with a solid shower and bed, this is a good value."

"Parking was a tad confusing"

"This place is a short walk to the Big-E and reasonably priced (for April). It has good parking, and place looks well spruced up from outside. It was safe and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and spacious. There were a few things that weren't that great, but they weren't things that bothered our stay too much. For us a clean, safe, convenient space near Big-E was all that mattered. The things that could be improved are (a) AC worked but so loud rattle that was distracting especially while sleeping, (b) in the 3 nights we were there, the rooms were never refreshed, no trash cleaned up (we didn't have much), amenities coffee, cups etc. not cleared and not replenished, towels not changed etc. (c) The remote to the TV didn't really work; we didn't really care about this. (note: without our feedback, they replaced the remote and left TV on!) (d) Trash bags were left right outside near the secondary access to the space and smelled something horrid, and the staircase up to the second floor weren't cleaned and railings were sticky."

"Great location, Will at frint desk was amazing and the cleaning staff very attentive. The hotel did have a problem eith ants but they tried thete best to accomodate"

"Horrible experience! Was woken at 3am by three drunk kids yelling outside of my room, asked them to please take it elsewhere and turns out they were staying in the room next door (!) but couldn’t get in because they’d lost their key. Called the front desk, explained situation, asked them to please handle and had to listen to drunken hallway yelling for the next 10 minutes. The front desk attendant finally escorted them downstairs and gave them a key. They came back upstairs and proceeded to yell in the hallway again. I called the front desk again and was told “well, this is a public hotel” which I felt was a completely unacceptable response. The kids finally entered the room where they proceeded to yell for the next hour. I called the front desk a second time, nothing was done. Needless to say, I was wide awake for the rest of the night! I explained the situation to a different front desk attendant upon checkout, requested a refund and was told they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Hotels.com. Overall, a terrible experience and I will never stay at this or any other Quality Inn again. I will be contacting Hotels.com and sincerely hope they will make the situation right by issuing me a refund! "
