"Kitchen was good . Throughout my stay no Television I call twice, Television still out never watch at all, Bathroom sink no water reported twice nothing done, I wish I have better service from the front desk to make my stay more comfortable "

"Im sorry to say these were the worst 2 apartments in the hotel which by the way is not called terrez but is actually in the negril beach club hotel (id like to stressthat the negril beach club itself seemed to be a nice hotel to stay ) but thr 2 apartments that i booked under the false advertisement on hotels .com website were the worst experience ever , they privately owned and this was not listed i couldnt find it to start with then i called the number and was put through to yet another hotel...
