"The staff was the kindest and most helpful that I have ever met. There were so many thoughtful touches- guiding us to our room, coffee and tea in our room offering unlimited information on demand. Quality touches such as robes and slippers, heated towel rack, beautiful lighting ( even in the closet) and excellent toiletries.
