Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable.
