"Super déjeuner"

"I had to check out a day early and I asked if I would have to pay. The person at the front desk said that wasn't a problem and no I wouldn't be charged for the extra day. When I realized I prepaid for the room, I phoned the hotel and they said they would not give me a refund me and would only give me a credit for some future stay. It's unlikely I will be going back to Whistler anytime in the next year or so. I am extremely disappointed with the hotel staff saying I would not be charged and then...

"Very close to the village centre which was literally across the road but also very quiet. So we slept well. We would definitely recommend this hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful and our room was very clean."

"In-unit hot tub was really good and we really enjoyed that. Room was clean with all necessary equipments above and beyond our needs. I wish the parking was also included or we could get waiver or discount for it. In general it was a good experience."
